This location will offer medical innovations on a campus designed around whole person health with comprehensive services, destination lifestyle programs, and much more that will shape the next generation of health care. Our services include emergency services, urgent care, a wide range of medical specialists (including primary care), lab, imaging, orthopedics, sports medicine and rehabilitation. + Identifies and resolves issues affecting the delivery of patient care with the team. + Performs quality assurance studies and assists with implementing quality assurance and improvement initiatives. + Guides interdisciplinary team members in performance improvement and incorporates evidence-based practice protocols into daily operations of the stroke program. + Ensures a high level of data accuracy and quality for stroke program reporting.
