Salary Range: $70-75/hr on w2

Contract: 12 Months

Introduction

The BCA Structures 737 Airframe organization is seeking experienced structures design engineers to support production at our Renton, WA location. This role offers the opportunity to work on our 737 product line in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Aerospace Aeronautical, or Material Sciences)
• 8 years of related work experience in structure design
• Experience with CATIA V5 and specific design tools and processes
• Prior work experience at the client or in the client's industry
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Previous job experience working on the 737 program in Structures
• Ability to excel in a highly dynamic environment, team-oriented atmosphere
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex, nuanced results in a clear, concise manner
• Have initiative and ability to recognize needs/SOW without explicit guidance
• Be able to provide technical solutions to a wide range of problems
• Familiar with DCCS, ETAC, PDM

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Support production at the Renton location
• Collaborate with team members to solve complex design challenges
• Utilize CATIA V5 and other design tools to create and modify structural designs
• Communicate effectively with a wide audience to convey design results
