The Panther Group is seeking experienced Structural Analysis Engineers to support advanced aerospace programs in Fort Worth, TX. This role focuses on airframe stress analysis, FEA modeling, and structural design support for both new development and modification programs.

This is an excellent opportunity for engineers with deep experience in airframe structures, finite element analysis, and aerospace design tools.
What You’ll Do
  • Perform stress analysis on primary and secondary airframe structures
  • Support new design development and modifications to existing structures
  • Conduct MRB (Material Review Board) stress analysis for metallic and composite structures
  • Develop and execute finite element models (FEM/FEA)
  • Interpret and analyze:
    • Engineering drawings
    • Assembly and installation models
  • Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to support structural integrity and performance
  • Update and maintain analysis documentation based on design changes
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in aerospace structural analysis
  • Strong experience with:
    • Airframe primary structure layout and sizing
    • Hand calculations and Excel-based analysis
  • 5+ years of CATIA V5 experience
  • Proficiency with FEA tools (NASTRAN, PATRAN)
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and 3D models
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with:
    • SLIM (pre-processing)
    • TMP Vision (post-processing)
    • IDAT and CATIA 3DX
  • Familiarity with UNIX/Linux environments
  • Experience supporting defense or aerospace programs
Additional Requirements
  • Active Secret Clearance required
  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Ability to work onsite full-time in Fort Worth, TX
  • Must be eligible for background check and drug screening
Pay $31-$120 per hour DOE
