Structural BIM Designer

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Structural BIM Designer with experience in Revit and AutoCAD to join our engineering team in Spring Hill, FL. The ideal candidate will assist in creating precise, detailed drawings and models for structural projects. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is also required for documentation and project communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed structural engineering drawings using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to develop accurate construction documents.
• Maintain project documentation and assist in producing reports using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ensure drawings comply with industry standards and company protocols.
• Support project teams in design development and revisions.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD.
• ACP for Structural Design.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience in structural engineering projects required.

Compensation

Starting annual salary is $65,000, with the opportunity for a pay increase after 1 year based on performance.
