We are seeking a licensed Structural Project Engineer in Michigan to join our growing, multidisciplinary firm.
- Perform structural analysis, design, and load rating for MDOT bridge projects, including new construction, rehab, and replacement, following MDOT and AASHTO standards.
- Prepare detailed calculations, drawings, and specifications; review survey data and reports; coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Conduct inspections, site visits, and support project development from concept to construction.
- Lead design efforts, ensure quality control, and manage project documentation and schedules.
- Maintain licensure, develop client relationships, and work effectively within a team.
Qualifications: B.S. in Civil Engineering, PE license in Michigan, 4+ years of bridge experience, familiarity with MDOT, strong communication, and leadership skills.
