- Lead the planning, execution, and assessment of bridge projects including regulatory permitting.
- Manage and conduct rigorous bridge inspections.
- Craft persuasive project proposals that capture new business.
- Support construction through comprehensive contract administration, project coordination, permitting, and budget management.
- Ensure rigorous financial monitoring and compliance to achieve utilization and profitability targets.
- Propel the strategic expansion of the Corporate Structural Engineering Sector.
- Engage in professional circles and community groups to elevate the company's presence.
- Foster and grow lasting client relationships.

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Active Professional Engineer (PE) license in PA; NJ certification is advantageous.
- Over a decade of escalating experience in structural engineering.
- Proficiency in collaborating with municipal and state-level agencies.
- Familiarity with PennDOT or Turnpike endeavors is highly prized.
- Proven prowess in cultivating client relations and securing new projects.
- Outstanding skills in communication, project oversight, and business strategy.
- Demonstrated leadership and organizational capability, with a history of achieving contractual and financial objectives.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D is a bonus.
- Expertise in structural design software, especially PennDOT systems.
