Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, focusing on structural design.
• Professional Registration: Registration as a Professional Engineer in Minnesota or North Dakota is essential, with California highly preferred. Additional state registrations are advantageous.
• Experience: Proven track record of independently leading projects, with knowledge in seismic, retrofit, and blast processes.

• Design Expertise: Proficient in structural design across multiple industries, and experienced with RISA, Revit, Bluebeam, and Microsoft products.
