LiRo‑Hill is a 1100‑person firm with offices in NYC, Long Island, Buffalo, Rochester, Boston and Edison, NJ.Responsibilities Perform structural engineering analysis and design for bridge and transportation‑related structures , with additional exposure to building structures including steel, concrete, masonry, and wood systemsPrimary duties will be related bridge structural design and inspection, but seeking versatile engineer with broad structural engineering interests, including building structuresAssist in site investigations to document existing conditionsPerform site inspections for work engineered by our officeComplete andreview design calculations; assist in the preparation of drawings and specificationsProvide responses and solutions to issues during the construction administration phase of projectsCoordinate work product with other in‑house engineering staff and architectsContribute to projects ranging from small renovations to large‑scale infrastructure and new constructionQualifications Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering4-8 years of related experiencePE preferred (EIT required; active progress toward licensure expected)Understanding and application of code requirementsStrong verbal and written communication skillsExperience in using various civil/analysis softwareAbilityto multi‑task and meet deadlinesAutoCAD experience a requirement , Revit experience a plusCompensation Compensation: Minimum: $105,000 Maximum: $135,000 (commensurate with experience).
