Our client is committed to innovation, continuous learning, and a culture where every team member is empowered to excel.About the RoleIn this role, you will support the structural design and analysis of air-handling systems, chillers, pressure vessels, piping systems, trailers, and portable shelters. Your work will focus on evaluating structural integrity under seismic, wind, snow, and live loads, as well as piping expansion.ResponsibilitiesInterpret architectural, technical, and detailed shop drawingsCollaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to develop system designs and support structuresPerform structural calculations using FEA tools and hand methods in accordance with applicable codesBuild and manage models in ANSYS Workbench SuitePrepare design packages and structural analysis reports for PE reviewRecommend design improvements to enhance performance, reduce weight, or lower costDevelop and maintain structural design standardsWork effectively with cross-functional teams, vendors, subcontractors, and customersQualificationsBachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering from an accredited institution5+ years' experience in seismic, stress, or structural analysis5+ years' working experience with ANSYS Workbench and Finite Element Analysis (FEA) SoftwareStrong ability to perform Modal AnalysisProficiency in Microsoft OfficeExcellent written and verbal communication skillsRequired SkillsExperience with ASME Boiler & Pressure Vessel CodeKnowledge of IEEE standardsProfessional Engineer (PE) licensurePreferred SkillsExperience with ASME Boiler & Pressure Vessel CodeKnowledge of IEEE standardsProfessional Engineer (PE) licensurePay range and compensation packageLocation: Greater Cincinnati, OH areaOn-site positionTravel: Up to 10% domestically and internationallySuccessful completion of pre-employment drug screening and background check requiredAuthorization to work in the United States requiredWhy Join?Be part of Marmon Holdings, backed by Berkshire HathawayJoin a collaborative and innovative engineering teamCompetitive compensation and comprehensive benefitsCasual, friendly work atmosphere with fun team events throughout the yearMake a real impact in a growing companyEqual Opportunity Statement:Our client is committed to diversity and inclusivity in the workplace.#J-18808-Ljbffr
