Structural Engineer (EIT)

We are seeking a motivated Structural Engineer (EIT) to join our growing design team. In this role, you will support structural analysis and design efforts across a variety of projects, working closely with senior engineers, designers, and multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in performing structural analysis and design for various projects
• Support development of design concepts and preparation of construction documents
• Apply engineering principles to lateral design (wind and seismic) with guidance
• Perform and review engineering calculations with attention to accuracy and quality
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and cross-functional teams
• Manage assigned tasks, ensuring work is completed on time and within scope
• Identify and communicate scope changes or challenges to project leads
• Continuously develop engineering judgment and problem-solving skills

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Structural emphasis)
• Engineer in Training (EIT) certification
• Minimum 2+ years of structural engineering experience
• Familiarity with U.S. building codes (IBC, ASCE 7, ACI, AISC)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Structural Engineering or related field
• Experience with tools such as STAAD, Navisworks, and Bluebeam
• Experience with steel and concrete structural design
• Exposure to industrial or semiconductor facility projects
