The company is committed to helping clients meet operational goals in a resource-constrained world.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Structural Engineer based in the Green Bay, Wisconsin Metropolitan Area, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Structural Engineer will be responsible for performing structural analysis, conducting engineering calculations, designing structural systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Additional duties may include utilizing CAD software for design work, preparing technical documentation, and ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards. The role requires active participation in planning, design, and project execution for industrial and commercial facilities, ensuring optimal reliability and functionality.QualificationsProficiency in Structural Engineering, including Structural Analysis and Civil Engineering principlesExpertise in performing precise engineering calculations for structural designExperience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools to produce technical drawings and modelsStrong knowledge of engineering codes, safety standards, and industry best practicesAbility to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks and deadlinesBachelor's degree in Structural or Civil Engineering; advanced degree or certification is a plusProfessional Engineering (PE) licensure or ability to obtain it is preferredStrong verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detailFamiliarity with materials science, construction supervision, or risk assessment is a bonus#J-18808-Ljbffr
