If you're passionate about structural engineering and eager to work on impactful infrastructure projects, this opportunity offers a perfect blend of challenge and growth.Required SkillsBachelor's Degree in Structural Engineering or related from an ABET-accredited program, with 3+ years of experience; or successful FE exam completion with 3+ years' experience; or Master's Degree with 2+ years of experienceProficiency in structural analysis and modeling software such as RISA-3D, ETABS, SAFE, and BIM tools like Revit and TeklaStrong knowledge of design codes, specifications, and engineering techniquesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong problem‑solving, attention to detail, and organizational abilitiesAbility to work methodically, analyze complex data, and collaborate effectively with teamsNice to Have SkillsEngineers in Training (EIT) certificationExperience with PLS‑Tower modeling, FEM structure modeling, and reinforcement designKnowledge of retrofit or new construction projects for transmission towersFamiliarity with project management and proposal development processesPreferred Education and ExperienceBachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or related field from an ABET‑accredited institution2‑3 years of relevant structural engineering experience, particularly in transmission towers or similar structuresExisting EIT certification is advantageousOther RequirementsWillingness to travel up to 10% for project site visits and meetingsAbility to obtain and maintain necessary certifications and work authorizationReady to make an impact in a challenging and rewarding environment?
