Job Title: Structural Engineer (Licensed SE)
Job Description
This role serves as the licensed Structural Engineer (SE) responsible for overseeing the structural execution of large-scale utility and infrastructure projects throughout Nevada. The position focuses on permitting, construction oversight, client coordination, and field execution rather than day-to-day structural design production. The Structural Engineer will lead structural efforts for ground-up utility developments, including transmission and energy infrastructure projects, and will act as the Structural Engineer of Record for applicable Nevada projects. The ideal candidate is hands-on, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes ownership of moving projects efficiently from permitting through completion while collaborating closely with clients, contractors, regulatory agencies, and multidisciplinary project teams.

Work Environment
The role follows a Monday through Friday schedule, typically from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The position is primarily office-based, with approximately 80% of the time spent in the office and about 20% spent in the field conducting site visits and observations. The work environment supports collaboration with high-performance project teams and offers exposure to advanced physical security technologies, including ballistic, blast, forced-entry, and perimeter protection systems. The setting involves close coordination with contractors, utility providers, and regulatory agencies, and includes regular participation in project meetings and field activities across Nevada utility and infrastructure sites.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $155000.00/hr.
