Job Title: Structural Engineer / Senior Structural Engineer

What You’ll Do:
Lead the design of building structures from concept to construction, especially in earthquake-prone areas.
You’ll work closely with clients, manage projects, perform structural analysis, and guide junior engineers while ensuring designs meet safety codes and project requirements.
Must-Have Skills
California Professional Civil or Structural Engineering (PE/SE) license
5–7+ years of structural engineering experience
Strong experience in seismic design & retrofit
Expertise in steel, concrete, masonry, and wood structures
Ability to perform complex structural analysis (linear & nonlinear)
Knowledge of California Building Code & ASCE 41
Experience with tools like ETABS, SAP2000, RISA, RAM, Revit, AutoCAD
Project management & client interaction experience
