    Position Title: Structural Engineer (P.E. Required)
    Locations: Pittsburgh, PA | Harrisburg, PA | Philadelphia, PA
    Employment Type: Full-Time / Direct Hire
    Salary: Commensurate with experience
    Overview:
    We are seeking experienced Structural Engineers with a Professional Engineer (P.E.) license and strong PennDOT project exposure to join our growing team. This opportunity is available across three office locations (Pittsburgh, Harrisburg, and Philadelphia), with one hire per office. This role is ideal for engineers who have hands-on experience delivering transportation-related structural projects and are well-versed in PennDOT standards and processes.
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Perform structural design and analysis for transportation infrastructure projects, including bridges and culverts
    • Develop construction documents in accordance with AASHTO and PennDOT standards
    • Utilize MicroStation for design and drafting tasks
    • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and regulatory agencies
    • Support project delivery from design through construction phases
    • Ensure compliance with PennDOT requirements and project specifications
    Qualifications:
    • Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) – required
    • Minimum 5+ years of structural engineering experience
    • Demonstrated experience working on PennDOT projects (hands-on design exposure required)
    • Strong knowledge of AASHTO design standards
    • Proficiency in MicroStation
    • Experience with bridge and culvert design
    • Strong communication and coordination skills
    Work Environment:
    • Office-based role in one of the following locations: Pittsburgh, Harrisburg, or Philadelphia
    • No travel required between offices
    • Collaborative engineering team with transportation-focused project exposure
