Structural Engineer- Remote Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and Structural Engineer to join our team in a remote capacity. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain effective communication with department members, higher management, and clients.
• Perform calculations of structural systems, including hand calculations, computer-aided calculations (spreadsheets and Mathcad), and 3D modeling analysis using STAAD Pro.
• Assist in the creation of contract drawings by providing input to structural designers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
• Professional Engineering (P.E.) License.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in engineering design of building structural systems.
• Demonstrated experience in the structural design for steel and concrete structures on a variety of projects.
• Advanced working proficiency in STAAD Pro.
• Working knowledge of Revit.
• Solid working knowledge of building codes and other applicable structural codes.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
