LHH is partnering with a highly respected structural engineering firm to identify a Structural Engineer (2-4 years experience) to join their growing West Palm Beach office.
This is a great opportunity to work on complex commercial and high-rise building projects in a collaborative, high-performance environment with strong mentorship and long-term growth.
What You'll Do
Perform structural analysis, design, and detailing
Work across concrete (cast-in-place, PT), steel, and masonry systems
Develop construction documents using Revit/BIM
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and internal teams
Support projects from design through construction
What We're Looking For
2-4 years of structural engineering experience (building design required)
Experience with commercial or large-scale building projects (non-residential)
Exposure to multiple structural systems (concrete, steel, masonry)
Proficiency with tools like ETABS, RAM, or similar design software
Familiarity with Revit/BIM
Nice to Have
EIT or working toward PE
Master's degree
Inspection experience
Compensation
Base: $81K-$94K
Bonus: ~$15K-$16K
Total Comp: ~$95K-$110K
Strong benefits + profit sharing
Work Environment
Fully onsite in West Palm Beach
~45-hour workweek
