Manage staff resources including annual
reviews, timesheets and expense report approvals
Assist Human Resources on recruitment and
training efforts
Assist with business development activities including
preparing presentations
Participate in various trade organizations
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural
Engineering preferred
8+ years of structural design and project management
experience (Healthcare, Sports, Commercial, Public Sector, Industrial,
Education, and/or Institutional projects)
PE License preferred
Strong knowledge of building codes
Proficient knowledge of standard construction
practices
Experience addressing issues with contractors
Ability to manage several projects at once
Ability to mentor/train staff and promote
career growth
Working knowledge of design/analysis software (Revit,
AutoCAD, RISA, ADAPT)
