- Offer mentorship, technical supervision, and quality assurance to junior and senior engineering personnel.

Qualifications:
What You'll Contribute
- Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, with advanced education preferred.
- Professional Engineering license in PA a must; readiness to acquire if not already held.
- A minimum of 8 years of advancing expertise in structural design and project leadership.
- Successful track record in team management and infrastructure project delivery.
- Competence in materials design (steel, concrete, masonry, timber) across diverse facilities.
- Proficiency in structural analysis and design tools (e.g., RISA, RAM, STAAD, Revit, AutoCAD).
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills for client engagements and meetings.
