    Job Title: Project Manager (Structural Engineering)Schedule: Monday-Friday (On-site)Job Type: Direct HireSalary: Base pay starts at $100,000+OverviewA growing engineering firm is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support its structural engineering practice. This role is responsible for leading multiple projects, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring technical excellence from proposal through project completion.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage multiple structural engineering projects simultaneouslyCoordinate, prepare, and respond to RFPs, RFQs, and other client solicitationsCollaborate with the Principal-in-Charge on the development of structural systemsServe as the primary point of contact for clients on project-related mattersEnsure technical accuracy, quality control, and compliance with project standardsEstablish and manage project fees, budgets, and schedules in partnership with leadershipMonitor project costs and timelines to maintain profitability and meet contractual commitmentsIdentify out-of-scope work and prepare proposals for additional servicesReport directly to the Principal-in-ChargePerform Project Engineer duties when requiredQualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or Structural EngineeringStructural Engineer (S.E.) license with 10+ years of experience preferredProfessional Engineer (P.E.) license with 3–10 years of project leadership experience consideredDemonstrated experience managing structural engineering projects#J-18808-Ljbffr
