Structural Engineering Staff III

Looking for a Structural Engineering staff member to work with our team.   Types of projects you will be working on include but are not limited to Commercial, Industrial, Manufacturing, Transportation, Tenant Improvement, Seismic Evaluations, and Water/Wastewater.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate multiple projects and work with staff and sub-consultants.
• Coordinate and manage client requests and needs.
• Apply technical knowledge of structural engineering principles.
• Serve as a technical advisor to other staff.
• Review design and production deliverables ensuring industry standard of care and compliance with standards and policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science - Civil Engineering
• Masters in Structural a plus
• Oregon State/ Washington State PE required or ability to obtain within 6 months
• Goal to obtain SE 
• 5-8 years of experience in Civil/Structural Engineering

Desired Skills/Experience:

• Steel Design, Concrete Design experience 
• The ability to communicate and effectively participate as part of an engineering team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated team leadership and supervisory skills
• Demonstrated business development and client management experience
• Team Player 
• Help to build positive and collaborative relationships
• Manage multiple priorities

Salary/Benefits:

• $89,000-$117,000 DOE
