Join a steel fabrication team where every project is one-of-a-kind. You’ll take raw stock and turn it into structural steel, platforms, piping systems, and specialty components that serve commercial and industrial sites. This isn’t repetition on a line—it’s hands-on, print-driven building.

A Day in Your Boots

• Start with blueprints, isometric drawings, and welding symbols—plan your sequence and verify specs against WPS.
• Lay out, measure, cut, and grind; fit beams, columns, stairs, platforms, and pipe spools to tight tolerances.
• Run GMAW (MIG) and/or FCAW welds on structural steel, plate, and pipe with clean, consistent quality.
• Use overhead cranes and forklifts safely to move and stage material and assemblies.
• Coordinate with fabricators and fitters to bring complex, custom builds together smoothly.

What You Bring

• 4+ years of welding and/or fitting experience in a fabrication shop environment
• Fluency in reading blueprints, weld symbols, and WPS (Welding Procedure Specifications)
• Hands-on experience with MIG (GMAW) and/or Flux Core (FCAW) on structural steel, plate, and pipe
• D1.1 and WABO GMAW or FCAW certification, minimum 2G position
• Sharp attention to detail and a reputation for clean welds

Bonus Points

• Background in structural steel
• Pipe welding or mechanical fabrication experience
• Success on custom or complex builds
• Forklift and overhead crane experience
