Our fast-track management and leadership program will be designed for those who want to assume one of these positions.

We seek an experienced Fitter/Fabricator to join our team. We perform a variety of welding processes under the AWS D1.1 SMAW, GMAW, and FCAW. Our scope of work includes residential, handrails, and structural beams. We're looking for someone with five or more years of hands-on experience with fitting fabrication and blueprint reading. Attention to the finer details in a fast paced environment that can be redirected at anytime time per job time constraints.

Willingness To:

• Follow the AISC and AWS D1.1 standards, which require documenting accountability and traceability on every job.
• Professionally, conduct yourself with your peers and management with a positive attitude. Have great communication and consider everything you do and how it will affect the next steps in our system.
• Show up to work on time and on your scheduled days.
• Work overtime and weekends if needed.

Requirements:

 Qualifications:

• Three years minimum previous experience in fitting and fabrication is a MUST.
• You MUST be able to read detailed prints and build to the specifications.
• You can handle a physical workload.
• You can work in a fast-paced environment.
