TradeWorX is hiring Structural Welders/Fabricators for a full-time opportunity in the Mars, PA area. Pay & Overtime:

• Starting pay: $20–$23/hour
• Performance-based wage review after 30 days
• Overtime opportunities may be available

Schedule:

• Full-time
• Monday–Friday
• Day shift
• Overtime available based on workload

Job Duties:

• Fit and fabricate structural steel components.
• Perform structural welding on carbon steel using multiple welding processes.
• Read and interpret blueprints and isometric drawings.
• Cut, shape, and prepare materials using fabrication tools and equipment.
• Operate grinders, saws, drill presses, lathes, and other shop machinery.
• Inspect completed work for quality, accuracy, and compliance with specifications.

Requirements:

• Previous structural steel fabrication experience or related trade school training.
• Ability to read blueprints, welding symbols, and isometric drawings.
• Experience operating fabrication tools and shop equipment.
• Pass a hands-on welding test.
• Reliable transportation.
• High School Diploma or GED.
