Structural Fitter Night Shift Pay:$23.00 per hour Location:Sapulpa, OK Shift:Monday Friday | 4: 00 PM 3: 30 AM(Occasional Saturdays) Job Type:Temp-to-Hire Job Order #:124537 Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Structural Fitter to join a busy steel fabrication team in Sapulpa, OK on night shift. This hands-on role is responsible for fitting, aligning, and preparing structural steel components for welding on large-scale fabrication projects.

Required Experience & Skills Previous structural fitting experience REQUIRED Ability to read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings accurately Strong ability to use tape measures and standard measuring tools Previous welding experience is a plus Ability to work safely around overhead cranes, forklifts, trucks, and automated equipment Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Ability to work in a safety-sensitive industrial environment Must be able to pass a criminal background check Reliable attendance and strong work ethic are required Essential Duties & Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints to ensure proper fit-up and alignment Measure, layout, and fit structural steel components for welding and assembly Prepare materials accurately according to fabrication specifications Collaborate with welders and production personnel to ensure structural accuracy and quality Safely operate and work around heavy equipment and fabrication machinery Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment Follow all workplace safety procedures and production standards Support fabrication goals and meet production timelines Weld / Fit Test Requirements Candidates must successfully complete: 10' T-Plate on 1/4"thick plate (Visual Inspection) 3G MIG / Flux Core on 1/2"thick beveled butt plate Work Environment Heavy industrial steel fabrication environment Exposure to overhead cranes, forklifts, welding operations, steel materials, industrial machinery, and shop conditions Physically demanding role requiring standing, lifting, bending, climbing, repetitive movement, and PPE compliance Safety-sensitive position due to heavy equipment and hazardous machinery Why You ll Want This Opportunity Competitive pay at $23.00 per hour Stable night shift schedule with overtime opportunities Temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential Great fit for experienced structural fitters Opportunity to work on large industrial fabrication projects Ready to Apply?
