Picture your day: you roll onto a residential or commercial jobsite, unroll the plans, snap layout lines, and lead with precision. By mid-morning, walls are stood, plumbed, and braced. After lunch, trusses fly, sheathing goes down, and temporary structures keep the site organized and safe. You finish by checking everything is square, level, and to code—ready for tomorrow’s push.

What You’ll Build

• Structural framing for homes, tenant improvements, and commercial spaces
• Wall assemblies, floor systems, roof trusses, and load-bearing supports
• Subfloors, sheathing, blocking, and temporary protections
• Concrete forms, site layout, and preparation tasks

How You’ll Work

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and layouts to execute accurate builds
• Measure, cut, and assemble wood and metal studs with exacting tolerances
• Verify plumb, level, and square; ensure work meets building codes
• Operate saws, nailers, hand tools, and jobsite equipment safely and efficiently
• Coordinate with supervisors, project managers, and other trades to maintain pace and quality
• Keep a clean, organized, and safety-first site; follow OSHA and company procedures

What You Bring

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 2+ years of rough carpentry or framing experience preferred
• Proficiency with residential and commercial framing methods
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools with accuracy
• Safe, skilled use of construction tools and equipment
• Comfort lifting heavy materials and working at heights
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license preferred
• OSHA certification is a plus
