Structural Framing & Finish Carpenter

What your day looks like

• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements to plan tasks and verify dimensions
• Construct framing for walls, floors, roofs, and related structural elements
• Measure, cut, shape, and install lumber and other building materials
• Set and secure doors, windows, cabinets, trim, and interior/exterior fixtures
• Operate hand and power tools correctly and safely
• Support both remodeling assignments and ground-up construction
• Keep the jobsite orderly and hazard-free throughout the day
• Coordinate with the crew to meet milestones and finish on schedule

What you bring

• Previous carpentry or construction experience is preferred
• Working knowledge of standard carpentry tools and techniques
• Ability to take accurate measurements and make clean, correct cuts
• Physical capability to lift materials and stay on your feet while working
• Dependable transportation to and from job sites
• Strong work ethic with a sharp eye for detail
• Commitment to following all site safety procedures
