A day in the life

• Kick off with a safety huddle, review blueprints and specs, and plan your tasks with the crew lead.
• Lay out walls and openings, measure twice, cut once, and assemble framing to plan.
• Install doors, windows, cabinets, molding, and other architectural details with a finish-ready touch.
• Tackle remodeling and general construction tasks, from trim work to punch lists.
• Support broader site needs such as drywall, flooring, or roofing when required.
• Operate hand and power tools confidently and safely.
• Keep the work area organized, debris-free, and compliant with site safety standards.
• Contribute wherever needed to keep the build on schedule.

What you bring

• High school diploma or GED.
• Proven reliability, attention to detail, and a strong safety mindset.
• Hands-on carpentry or construction experience (framing, finish carpentry, and/or remodeling).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings (preferred).
• Proficient with hand and power tools; practices safe operation at all times.
• Physical ability to bend, lift, twist, and crouch as the work demands.
