H&H is offering an exciting opportunity for a Structural Group Supervisor to join our Passenger Rail & Transit Group in Boston, MA.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee, develop, manage and mentor a staff of Structural Engineers and Structural Designers within the Passenger Rail Group
  • Manage projects and task orders
  • Lead the preparation of bridge design documents, including AutoCAD & Microstation plans, quantities and design calculations
  • Prepare bridge design documents, including AutoCAD & Microstation Plans and quantities and design calculations
  • Participate in local and professional organizations
  • Draft and prepare project proposals
  • Ensure quality conformance for all submissions and deliverables
  • Client Interaction and Project Management for various Rail Agencies

Requirements

  • BS in Civil or Structural Engineering
  • PE required (MA or ability to obtain promptly)
  • Experience specific to bridge structures or rail
  • Fluency in CAD and MS Office
  • Excellent Communication skills and the ability to work well in cooperative, team environments
  • 15-20 years of relevant experience
