Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's in engineering or applied science preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years in industrial maintenance, structural design, NDT, QA inspection, or instrument surveying preferred.
- Physical Abilities: Strong vision (20/30 in one eye, 20/50 in the other), normal depth perception, hand-eye coordination, and the ability to work safely at heights year-round in industrial environments.
- Skills: Strong safety awareness, ability to read and sketch structural drawings, experience with digital cameras, measuring devices, and PPE. Familiarity with NDT methods and hazard recognition.
- Safety Compliance: Strict adherence to company safety policies.
- Inspection: Inspect structural components, document defects, sketch, photograph, and measure damage; provide repair recommendations.
- Reporting: Compile detailed inspection reports with recommendations.
- Access: Ladders, scaffolding, lifts, confined space access.
- Inspection Tools: Measuring instruments, digital camera, safety equipment, PPE, and basic hand tools (e.g., plumb bob, calipers, binoculars).
