How You’ll Contribute:
- Lead your substation construction crew's daily activities in project execution.
- Ensure crew safety through established safety procedures and protocols.
- Serve as the on-site leader for all crew members, in absence of supervisors.
- Give detailed reporting of construction status to leadership.
How You’re Qualified:
- Seven or more years of experience in electrical or mechanical equipment installation, maintenance or repair in a high-voltage environment or transmission line installation, maintenance or repair.
- A degree(s) in electrical power theory, electronics, instrumentation, controls, industrial or mechanical maintenance or relevant field may be substituted per LCRA guidelines for certain years of experience.
- Class A Texas commercial driver's license
