    Structural Metal Fabrication Technician — Irving, TX

    What You’ll Do

    • Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine materials, dimensions, and process steps.
    • Operate fabrication equipment, including saws and CNC machines, to cut and shape metal components.
    • Assemble parts to exact specifications and verify accuracy with quality checks.
    • Work with teammates to diagnose and resolve fabrication issues.
    • Maintain a clean, organized work area; follow all safety protocols and regulations.
    • Support training for new team members on fabrication techniques and safe work practices.

    What You’ll Need

    • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in metal fabrication is a plus.
    • Experience as a metal fabricator or in a similar role.
    • Solid understanding of metal properties and fabrication techniques.
    • Ability to read and interpret drawings and blueprints.
    • Proficiency with fabrication tools and machinery.
    • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
    • Effective communicator and collaborative team player.
    • Consistent adherence to safety standards.
