Pay: $22.00 – $28.00 per hour

Your Impact
- Build and weld metal parts to spec using MIG as your primary process (TIG is a plus).
- Translate blueprints and drawings into accurate measurements and clean fits.
- Prepare materials: measure, cut, and fit prior to final welds.
- Operate fabrication tools and welding equipment safely and efficiently.
- Verify quality: inspect weld integrity, dimensions, and overall finish.
- Use grinders, saws, and drills to prep and finish assemblies.
- Maintain a neat, safe work area and follow all safety/quality procedures.
- Work independently while meeting productivity targets.
What We’re Looking For
- Prior welding/fabrication experience; production environment experience is helpful.
- Strong MIG skills; TIG experience is considered a bonus.
- Comfortable reading blueprints and using precision measuring tools.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
- Reliable attendance and strong work habits.
- Able to safely lift and handle materials.
