Pay: $22.00 – $28.00 per hour

Your Impact

• Build and weld metal parts to spec using MIG as your primary process (TIG is a plus).
• Translate blueprints and drawings into accurate measurements and clean fits.
• Prepare materials: measure, cut, and fit prior to final welds.
• Operate fabrication tools and welding equipment safely and efficiently.
• Verify quality: inspect weld integrity, dimensions, and overall finish.
• Use grinders, saws, and drills to prep and finish assemblies.
• Maintain a neat, safe work area and follow all safety/quality procedures.
• Work independently while meeting productivity targets.

What We’re Looking For

• Prior welding/fabrication experience; production environment experience is helpful.
• Strong MIG skills; TIG experience is considered a bonus.
• Comfortable reading blueprints and using precision measuring tools.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
• Reliable attendance and strong work habits.
• Able to safely lift and handle materials.

• Tape measure reading and accurate layout.
• Setting up welders for production work.
• Blueprint literacy.
