A Day in the Role

• Set up and perform precise MIG welding on steel parts destined for large-scale machinery.
• Read work instructions and collaborate seamlessly with fabricators, engineers, and technicians to meet build requirements.
• Verify every weld against rigorous quality and safety standards before sign-off.
• Maintain a tidy, organized work area aligned with a safety-first culture.

What You Bring

• Hands-on welding experience; manufacturing or industrial background preferred.
• Ability to pass a weld test.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to exacting workmanship.

Compensation, Schedule, and Perks

• $27.50/hr – $31.13/hr
• Direct Hire
• 4x10 schedule with a three-day weekend
• Shifts: 5:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. or 5:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
