Structural Project Manager
Location: Blue Bell, PA (site to site travel required)
Hours: 8am-5pm

Job Description
* 3-4 years of experience as a PM - managing all phases of complex architectural/structural design projects from project set-up, design, and construction administration.
* Must have experience with commercial structures working in the primary role with subconsultant management responsibility or multi-level parking structures.
* Experience with commercial mixed-use structures (Ex: concrete) is preferred but not required.
* Must have strong experience and ability with maintain existing client relationships and build new client relationships.
* Must have excellent communication & interpersonal skills




Responsibilities
* Responsible for entire project management.
* Manage a team of 4 direct reports.
* Manage all stages of projects from initial project set-up, design, and construction administration.
* Must be able to perform proposal preparation and project interview presentations.
* Must be able to perform contract negotiations and contract management.
* Provide functional layout/design consultation.
* Coordinate project scopes & schedule deliveries.
* Monitor project profitability including planning and tracking hours, reviewing project financial information with accounting, and monitor accounts receivable.
* Coordinate all required disciplines and manage subconsultants.
* Perform construction administration functions.
* Build and maintain client relationships.
* Must keep clients and staff informed in a timely manner.
* Manage and mentor junior level staff members.
