  • Plan, organize, coordinate, and lead the structural design team, including mentoring and supervising junior engineers.
  • Manage structural project scope, schedule, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution.
  • Support Structural Department leadership in implementing corporate strategy and advancing discipline-specific initiatives and unified practice standards.
  • Assist in operational management efforts for the structural department, including staffing coordination, recruitment, and hiring.
  • Foster staff development by supporting mentorship, growth opportunities, and a positive team environment.
  • Participate in proposal preparation and business development efforts.

  • Experience with steel design and interest in manufacturing and semiconductor facility projects is a plus.
  • Proven ability to lead and coordinate the production of complete construction document packages for medium to large-scale projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage projects through all phases, including construction contract administration.
  • Experience developing and maintaining project specifications.
  • Previous experience leading and mentoring staff.
  • Ability to think and work across disciplines and support a unified project delivery process.
  • High level of emotional intelligence with strong communication and listening skills.
