Your Mission
Transform blueprints into finished steel components by executing precise layout, fit-up, tacking, and welding. Own the quality of your work from the first cut to final inspection.
Impact You’ll Make
- Read and interpret drawings for fabrication and fit-up of structural members
- Cut, assemble, and tack to specification before final weld-out
- Validate alignment and integrity, mitigating distortion and defects

- Comfort with blueprints and fabrication/welding tools
- Commitment to detail and workmanship
Earnings
- Fitters: $22–$30/hr (based on experience)
- Welders: $26–$32/hr (based on experience)
Shift Windows
- Day: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- Night: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
