Rochester, NY $20-$32/hour + Overtime Opportunities A growing steel fabrication company in the Rochester area is actively hiring experienced Structural Steel Fabricators, Miscellaneous Metals Fabricators, and CNC Operators to support a strong backlog of work. This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable shop environment with consistent projects, hands-on training, and room for long-term growth.
Job Description
- Fabricate structural steel beams and columns
- Build stairs, railings, and custom metal components
- Read and interpret fabrication drawings and blueprints
- Operate fabrication equipment and tools safely
- Perform fitting, layout, and assembly of steel components
- Work closely with experienced shop personnel to complete projects on schedule

The Successful Applicant
- Experience in structural steel, miscellaneous metals, or custom metal fabrication
- Ability to read fabrication drawings and shop prints
- Experience with beams, columns, stairs, railings, or similar steel products preferred
- CNC operating experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Willingness to learn and grow within the fabrication industry
