Responsibilities
Assist in the assembly and installation of structural steel components.
Load and unload materials and equipment from trucks and job sites.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety.
Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members.
Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
Perform routine maintenance on equipment and tools as needed.
Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols on the job site.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous experience in construction or steel fabrication is a plus.
Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical tasks.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team.
Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
Valid driver's license is a plus.
