Summary --------
Responsible for managing projects for small to large, often complex steel construction projects.
Responsibilities ----------------
• Reviewing & understanding construction plans, documents, specifications, and contracts • Planning, Organizing, and Controlling large commercial building projects • Reviewing & understanding bid documents, including all specifications and scope of work, using Tekla EPM and/or Excel templates, or similar software experience
Compensation and Benefits -------------------------
Salary is negotiable (100-150K). Bonus, relocation assistance, company vehicle, medical, dental, and retirement benefits are also provided.
