Can you…

• Partner with Construction and Project Managers to plan, sequence, and execute field work?
• Lead by example on safety and PPE, ensuring every task follows best practices?
• Translate blueprints, specifications, and scopes into clear direction for the crew?
• Stage tools and equipment and coordinate material deliveries so nothing stalls the schedule?
• Keep meticulous records—time sheets, purchase orders, daily/weekly logs?
• Apply logic and sound judgment to resolve issues in the field?
• Observe performance, coach team members, and take corrective action as needed?
• Communicate clearly, listen actively, and close feedback loops quickly?
• Supervise machinery and equipment use and complete the required daily/weekly certified inspections?
• Track attendance accurately and maintain workforce documentation?
• Assign responsibilities and manage break schedules to protect productivity?
• Hold the line on safety rules and quality standards without exception?
• Report incidents promptly and assist the Safety Manager with investigations?
• Keep tools and equipment maintained for safe, reliable operation?
• Prepare for and attend third‑party site inspections?
• Coordinate effectively with adjacent trades to align scope and timing?
