Ready to lead teams and keep complex projects moving? Join our team as a Structural Supervisor and play a critical role in overseeing structural work that supports solar installations across multiple regions.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll manage teams, coordinate resources, and ensure structural projects-from upgrades to complex cases-are completed safely, efficiently, and on time. What You'll Do
- Oversee all structural scopes of work, including upgrades, site visits, and complex cases.
- Ensure projects are properly staffed, tracked, and completed on schedule.
- Maintain visibility across all active structural jobs in Lower Hudson and Long Island regions.
- Manage scheduling and workforce allocation to meet project timelines and demand.
- Optimize staffing levels to drive efficiency and meet SLAs.
- Coordinate resources across teams and subcontractors for seamless execution.
- Track job progress using Salesforce and Site Capture.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data across all structural workflows.
- Monitor performance metrics and report on team and project outcomes.
- Identify risks and proactively implement solutions to keep projects on track.
- Supervise, coach, and support team members.
- Review and approve timecards and PTO requests.

A Typical Day
- Review active projects and prioritize structural workloads

- Support team members with escalations and guidance
- Coordinate with subcontractors and internal teams
- Track metrics and ensure projects stay on schedule
What We're Looking For
- Experience in construction, structural work, or solar operations
- Prior experience in a lead or supervisory role
- Strong organizational and workforce planning skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Salesforce or similar systems preferred
- Ability to work cross-functionally and drive results
