Must be willing to work overtime and pass a 3G structural weld test. Chart's experienced welders play a key role in the manufacturing process of producing Air Cooled Heat Exchangers.

What Will You Do?

Your Physical Work Environment Will Require…

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Must be able to work inside and outside

REQUIRED PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT (PPE) WHILE IN THE SHOPS:

• Safety Glasses
• Safety Steel Toe Boots
• Face Shield when grinding
• Hard Hat when using jib cranes and overhead cranes
• Long sleeve shirt or welding sleeves
• Long Pants
• Welding Gloves
• Ear Plugs

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Walking
• Standing
• Using hands
• Bending
• Lifting
• Sitting

Your Experience Should Be...

REQUIREMENTS - MUST BE ABLE TO DO THE FOLLOWING:

• Ability to pass the 3G structural welding test
• Ability and willingness to learn from co-workers in order to achieve welder 2 qualifications
• Ability to pass the 1GF Canadian welding test after four (4) weeks
• Ability to use measuring tape

Minimum Education:

High school diploma or GED

Minimum Experience:

Minimum 6 mos in a fast paced manufacturing enviroment

Skills Required (i.e. certifications, licenses, registrations, etc.):

Certifications, licenses, registrations helpful but not required
