Key Requirements:

Will assemble, fabricate, and weld heavy components to build or repair major load-bearing structures.
Will have to cut, shape, fit and weld structurtal steel components(beams, columns, pleates, and frames according to exact specifications.
Inspect completed welds for defects, grind down surfaces, and ensure compliance with industry codes like AWS D1.1 (for structural steel).
