Position Overview
We are seeking experienced Structural Welders to join a growing fabrication team in Tulsa, OK. This position is responsible for welding structural steel components using multiple welding positions while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.

The ideal Structural Welder has strong blueprint reading skills, can consistently produce high-quality welds, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced fabrication environment.
Required Experience & Skills
Previous structural welding experience preferred
Ability to pass a visual weld test in flat, uphill, and downhill positions
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols
Strong understanding of structural welding techniques and procedures
Excellent attention to detail and workmanship quality
Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed
Reliable transportation and strong work ethic REQUIRED
Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Perform structural welding on steel components and assemblies
Complete welds in flat, uphill, and downhill positions as required
Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and fabrication drawings
Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
Inspect completed welds to verify quality, strength, and compliance with specifications
Assist with fitting, positioning, and preparation of materials for welding
Maintain production schedules while meeting quality expectations
Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Communicate effectively with supervisors and fabrication team members
Weld Test Requirement
Visual Weld Test Required:
Flat Position
Uphill Position
Downhill Position
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in structural steel fabrication environments
Multi-position welding experience
Familiarity with fabrication tools and equipment
Experience reading complex fabrication drawings and weld symbols
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
Frequent standing, bending, kneeling, climbing, and working in various welding positions
Ability to work safely around heavy materials and fabrication equipment
Comfortable performing physically demanding work throughout the shift
Work Environment
Industrial fabrication and welding facility
Exposure to heat, welding fumes, sparks, noise, and heavy equipment
Fast-paced production environment requiring attention to quality and safety
PPE required at all times
