Welder (MIG) - Climate-Controlled Shop | Tulsa, OK Pay: DOE + 11.5% Shift Premium

Available Shifts • 2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday, 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM • 3rd Shift: Friday - Sunday, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
(11.5% premium applies to all hours on both shifts)
Key Responsibilities • Perform MIG welding on sheet metal components (TIG as needed) • Set up parts using fixtures, jigs, and tables • Weld carbon steel, stainless steel, and other alloys • Read and interpret blueprints to meet specifications • Use measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) • Identify and correct weld defects to maintain quality standards
Qualifications • MIG welding experience on carbon steel and stainless (required) • TIG welding experience is a plus • Fitter/welder background preferred • Ability to read blueprints and measure accurately • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills • Basic computer skills
Physical Requirements • Ability to stand, bend, squat, and move throughout shift • Lift up to 50 lbs (with assistance when needed) • Comfortable working in confined or tight spaces
