Key Requirements:
- 1–2 years of structural welding/fabrication experience
- Ability to fit and fabricate structural steel
- Experience welding equipment, trailers, and structural components
- Ability to read a tape measure and work from basic drawings or specifications
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- MUST have your own tape measure on site
- Fit, fabricate, and weld structural components
- Repair and fabricate equipment and trailers
- Build and modify concrete forms
- Read measurements and ensure quality welds
- Operate welding and fabrication equipment safely
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all company safety procedures
