• Flag issues quickly—obstructions, material shortages, or hazards—and communicate them to your lead.
• Join scheduled trainings to sharpen your installation techniques and stay current with evolving methods.

What you bring

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with cable pulling or related trades is helpful, but drive and reliability matter most.
• Capability to lift and carry heavy materials and work outdoors or indoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong safety mindset and attention to detail.
