Lead Structured Cabling Technician Healthcare Projects
TradeSTAR is seeking experienced Lead Structured Cabling Technicians with a strong background in hospital and healthcare environments to support our client s growing project demands. Their network services division supports structured cabling, voice and data systems, commercial AV, and integrated technologies for some of the largest and most recognizable buildings in the state.

What You ll Lead & Deliver
Lead installation teams on structured cabling projects within hospitals and medical facilities
Oversee installation, termination, testing, and troubleshooting of copper and fiber systems
Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, site protocols, and infection control standards
Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and other trades on-site
Maintain quality control and ensure timely project completion
Build out IDF/MDF rooms (racks, patch panels, grounding, ladder rack, cable management)
Perform Fluke testing and ensure TIA/EIA compliance
Interpret blueprints and manage cable pathways
Coordinate daily workflow with project managers and other trades
Maintain clean, organized telecom spaces
Deliver projects on time and up to spec
What You Bring?
5+ years of structured cabling experience in hospital and healthcare setting
2+ years of leading crews on commercial projects, preferably in medical facilities
Strong understanding of low-voltage standards
Experience leading crews and managing timeline
Fluke certification testing experience
Professionalism, attention to detail, and safety-first mindset
