TradeSTAR is seeking experienced Level II Structured Cabling Technicians for long-term commercial projects with one of our client partners.

If you have solid commercial low-voltage installation experience and are ready to expand your skills while working alongside experienced Lead Technicians on large-scale projects, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Install, terminate, label, and test Cat5e, Cat6, and fiber optic cabling

• Build organized MDF/IDF rooms and telecom closets

• Read blueprints and coordinate installations with minimal supervision

• Install cable pathways, supports, and rack systems

• Test and certify copper and fiber cabling

• Troubleshoot installation issues and maintain quality standards

• Mentor junior technicians and help keep projects on schedule

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of commercial structured cabling experience

• Experience leading crews or serving as the go-to technician on projects

• Strong copper termination skills with fiber experience preferred

• Knowledge of TIA/EIA standards and structured cabling best practices

• Experience using Fluke testers, OTDRs, or similar certification equipment

• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
